By purchasing products or services from Nordic Technologies, you agree to the following terms:


Payment Terms
Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services, additional fees, or referral to collections.


Products & Services
All products and services are provided as described at the time of sale. Nordic Technologies reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.


Custom Orders
Custom-ordered equipment, including but not limited to computers, monitors, and specialized hardware, require a
non-refundable deposit prior to ordering. Remaining balances must be paid per invoice terms.


Service Work & Managed Services
Service-based offerings—including managed IT services, support plans, cybersecurity tools, and software installations—are
non-refundable once delivered, provisioned, or installed.
Service timelines may vary based on scope, system complexity, and third-party dependencies.


Auto-Renewal of Services
Recurring services, including managed service plans and support agreements, may automatically renew according to the agreed billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled in writing prior to the renewal date.
Clients are responsible for providing notice of cancellation before the next billing cycle.


Remote Access Authorization
By engaging Nordic Technologies for services, you authorize our technicians to access your systems, networks, and devices remotely or onsite as necessary to perform requested services, maintenance, monitoring, and support.


Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary to perform services
  • Maintain current data backups unless backup services are explicitly included in a service agreement
  • Provide timely access to systems, devices, credentials, and locations as required


Cybersecurity & Risk Acknowledgment
Nordic Technologies implements industry-standard security measures; however, no system is completely secure. Clients acknowledge and accept inherent cybersecurity risks and agree that Nordic Technologies is not liable for incidents beyond its reasonable control.


Limitation of Liability
Nordic Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss, corruption, or recovery costs
  • Downtime, loss of revenue, or business interruption
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.


Warranties
Products may include manufacturer warranties. Nordic Technologies does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.

Refunds & Returns
All refunds and returns are subject to the Nordic Technologies
Refund & Return Policy.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of
Iowa.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:


Returns (In-Store Purchases Only)
Items purchased in-store may be returned within
30 days of the original purchase date.
All returns require
proof of purchase and must be in acceptable condition.


Custom Orders & Deposits
Custom-ordered items, including but not limited to computers, monitors, and specialized equipment,
require a non-refundable deposit at the time of order.
All deposits for custom orders are
non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation.


Non-Refundable Services
The following are
non-refundable once purchased and/or installed:

  • Malware protection and security software
  • Annual or recurring support plans
  • Any service-based offerings


Product Warranties
Products may be covered by manufacturer or vendor warranties.
Warranty terms vary by product. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable warranty documentation provided at the time of purchase.

This access is used strictly for providing support, maintenance, security, and agreed-upon services.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own data backups unless backup services are explicitly included in a service agreement.
